How do I book directly with 8 Ocean Drive?

Use the direct-enquiry form to choose check-in and check-out dates and enter the number of adults and small children. It opens WhatsApp with a prepared enquiry, which you can review and send to the hosts.

You can also contact the hosts on +27 82 564 5929 or email info@8oceandrive.co.za. Include your dates, the number of adults and children, the children’s ages and any pet request. Sending an enquiry does not create or confirm a reservation.

What are the current rates and payment terms?

Ask the hosts for a quote for your dates and group. Confirm the total price, any deposit, cleaning or pet charges, payment arrangements and cancellation terms with them before paying.

Are unmarked calendar dates definitely available?

No. The read-only calendar shows booked or closed dates from a Booking.com calendar feed. Calendar updates can lag and may omit bookings from other channels. Unmarked dates still need to be confirmed by the hosts.

Can a family of four or five stay?

The one-bedroom unit is best suited to a couple or a small family with young children. Four or five guests can only be considered when the group includes small children, and the hosts must confirm the sleeping arrangement. It is not suitable for four adults or for two or more couples.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets may be possible by prior arrangement. Tell the hosts about your pet and ask them to confirm suitability, the current pet policy and any charges before you book.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 15:00–18:00 and check-out is 06:00–10:30. Contact the hosts if you need to discuss arrival arrangements.

Where is 8 Ocean Drive, and how far is the beach?

Once your stay is booked and paid, the hosts share an unlisted link to the detailed Dolphin Coast guide. The public website offers a short introduction to the area; the full guide is for paid guests.

Is this the same property as Belle Le Vie?

Yes. Belle Le Vie is the property’s former name. It is now called 8 Ocean Drive, while the former name remains in the Booking.com listing address. You can read guest reviews there and enquire directly with the hosts here.
